1) The family needs the application form for family reunification. Available in many languages. It is free: Download form. Each member of the family needs to apply. The applications usually no not need to be translated.
Example: your wife and 3 children will come. You will need 4 application forms.
2) Each person needs these documents:
- A valid passport.
- Birth certificate.
- Marriage certificate.
- 2 passport photos.
3) You will need to send these documents to your family:
- Copy of your notification (asylum or subsidiary protection).
- Copy of the registration form (Meldezettel).
- Copy of your passport or ID.
You only have the subsidiary protection?
Your family will also need:
- Copy of rent contract.
- Wage slip.
- Copy of your E-Card.
